GoatMandi (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the GoatMandi mobile application available on the Google Play Store and the GoatMandi website (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Address details entered manually by the user

Goat details such as breed, age, price, and description
Images uploaded by the user

Push notification token (used only to deliver app-related notifications)

Note: We do not collect real-time GPS or precise device location data.

3. App Permissions and Their Use

Internet: Load app content and listings
Camera: Upload goat images
Storage / Media: Select images from device
Phone / OTP: Secure account verification
Notifications: Send important app-related updates and alerts

Push notifications are not used for tracking. Users can disable notifications anytime from their device settings.

The app may display non-intrusive advertisements, typically at the bottom of search or listing pages. Ads are not based on sensitive personal data.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as required to operate the platform or comply with law. Inactive accounts may be removed periodically.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by emailing support@goatmandi.in from their registered phone number and mentioning “Account Deletion Request – GoatMandi”.

10. Children’s Privacy

GoatMandi is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect user data; however, no platform is completely secure.
