GoatMandi provides a digital platform for connecting goat farmers, buyers, and sellers. The only paid services currently offered include:
GoatMandi does not sell goats directly and does not collect payments for livestock transactions.
All payments made for:
are strictly non-Returnable. Once the payment is processed successfully, no Return or cancellation request will be entertained under any circumstances.
Since the platform provides instant activation of digital promotional services, cancellation is not possible once a service has been purchased. Users are therefore advised to review details carefully before completing payment.
In the event that a payment is accidentally made more than once or fails while being processed, please contact our support team within 7 days. Valid cases will be verified and Returned to the original payment source within 7β10 working days.
Users are encouraged to contact GoatMandi support directly for any billing concerns before raising a dispute with the payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of the userβs account or blacklisting from the platform.
GoatMandi reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time to reflect business or regulatory changes. All updates will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
